Tahini Prawns

5-6 medium sized prawns
3 tbsp olive oil
5 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini paste (bottled)
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
salt - to taste

Mix three tsp of lemon juice into the tahini paste.

Heat one tbsp of oil in a pan.
Sprinkle in the white sesame seeds and let them splutter.

Add the black sesame seeds and stir.

Now add the prawns and stir again.

Mix in the paste and add the remaining oil and lemon juice.

Stir and cover to cook for three to four minutes.
Serve hot on a bed of blanched spinach.
