Kidyo (Kulkuls) Christmas Special

1½ kg. maida (Pastry - Flour)
Coconut juice of 1 coconut
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste (optional)
Oil for frying


Knead maida with coconut juice, salt ,eggs and sugar (optional).
Make small balls of this dough and role each ball spreading on a fork or clean comb.
Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
