Singapore Chilli Crab

1 large crab
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp chilli paste
2 diced onions
1 diced spring onion
1 cup chicken stock
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp monosodium glutamate or ajino moto
1 tbsp ketchup


Clean and chop the crab. Heat a skillet. 
Add some oil and the crab. Cover and cook.

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, chilli paste, shallots, 

chicken stock, sugar, monosodium glutamate or ajino moto and ketchup. 
Stir fry and add the crab.

Now, cover the lid of the pan and let it cook for few minutes.

Add spring onions, cook for two more minutes and serve.
