Date and Prune Brownies

Ingredients:
80 gm dates chopped
80 gm prunes chopped
1 vanilla pod
3 eggs
150 gms sugar
70 gm flour
25 gm cocoa powder
125 gm butter
125 gm chocolate

Method:
Melt butter, chocolate together on double boiler.
Whisk the eggs, vanilla and sugar together in a bowl and then add the flour and cocoa powder.

Add the melted chocolate and butter mix to it and gently fold it all together.
Add in chopped dates and prunes and pour the mix into a baking tray.

Bake at 170 C for 30 min.

Serve.
