Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients for the cake
2 apples, diced
125 gm butter
125 gm flour
125 gm castor sugar
2 eggs
25 gm honey

Ingredients for the Cream Cheese Icing
125 gm cream cheese
L tbsp cardamom
50 ml whipped cream

Whisk the sugar, butter & eggs together and  the flour,
diced apples, honey & cinnamon to it.

Scale this batter into a baking pan & bake for 35 mins at 170 C.
Allow it cool.

Whip the cream, cream cheese & cardamom together.
Spread this mixture over the cake.

Slice the cake into wedges & serve.
