Khoya Chicken


Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp oil
500 gm chicken
1 small bowl of khoya
1 small bowl of curd
1/2 onion - sliced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
3-4 green chillies
1 small bowl fresh coriander - finely chopped
1 small bowl of coconut milk
salt - to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till transparent.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the chillies, chicken and turmeric. Stir well.

Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes or till the chicken turns light brown in colour.
Pour in the curd and the khoya, stir again. 

Sprinkle the salt and coriander and mix well.

Continue cooking till the chicken is almost done.

Pour in the coconut milk and stir. 

Cook for 5-6 minutes. 
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
